Meet Andrea
Andrea Graham, wife, mother of 4 sons, grandmother, CIPD certified trainer, life coach, radio presenter and author. Her mission is to inspire and empower women to connect to their original, genuine, principal self and act from their own authority with optimism and courage to create their authentic life. The life they really want.
To do this she provides training workshops, small group and private coaching that challenge women to create the life they want, regardless of their circumstances. Andrea will help you transform your mind by identifying and eradicating negative limited belief systems so you can form new beliefs which will enthuse you to be true to yourself and inspire courage to live your authentic life in your home, community, workplace or business.
She is a Professional Trainer certified by the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) Certified Life Coach and certified Image Consultant with a proven track record in delivering high-level training and coaching programmes. Andrea is an official accredited training provider of the OCN-Open College Network. Her clients have included leading borough councils, as well as the private and voluntary sectors. She is an ordained Pastor and has been involved in Christian ministry and personal development for over 20 years. Her training experience also extends to developing leaders and individuals.
Andrea is the Founder of Authentic Woman and Girls Can, which is committed to inspiring young women aged 14-19 to discover and begin to create the true picture they want for themselves in order to progress confidently into their future.
She is the host of the ‘Andrea Graham Radio Show’ a show designed to inspire listeners to live their authentic life and is the recipient of the IAA Award (International Achievers Awards) and nominated for the BEFFTA Award (Black Entertainment Fashion Film TV & Arts) for Radio Personality of the Year Award.

Andrea is married has four sons, a daughter in-law and two grandchildren all of whom she adores, she says..
