Membership year: One year from the date of acceptance of application, or payment of renewal fees.

Membership
Membership is invited to any woman wanting to create the life they want and expand their capacity in their personal and professional life.   Membership is for a minimum of one year from the date of acceptance. The final decision in any matters relating to Membership rests entirely with Authentic Woman. Membership entitles a member to discounted member rates (where offered) any services or events run by Authentic Woman.

Membership Fees
Membership fees are outlined on our Membership Application Form and on our website and are subject to alteration without prior notification. All membership fees are payable in full with initial application or payment plan outlined on our Membership Application Form and on our website.

The yearly membership fee for existing members will be billed on the first day of the month prior to your membership anniversary date.  For members on our payment plan.  Please note your credit/debit card will automatically be debited each month.     In the event that payment is not received, your membership will be deemed to have lapsed. A lapsed member will need to re-apply for Membership.  If your membership has lapsed before its full year of completion.   You will be required to pay the full cost paid by non members for any services used or events that you have attended throughout the year.

All membership fees paid are non-refundable unless application of membership is rejected by Authentic Woman at the time of initial application.

Cancellation of Membership
In the event of a member wishing to cancel their membership, one months notice needs to be given in writing to Authentic Woman. No fees are refundable. Members who wish to rejoin Authentic Woman must submit a new application and pay the full yearly Membership Fee.

Should Authentic Woman decide to terminate a membership, for any breach of contract no fees are refundable.
